Package Overview

Accommodation for 8 days during the trip at a Volunteer House/ guest house in Vietnam. All services from the time of arrival till departure included in the program. No need for the traveller to organise anything. Accommodation throughout the program. 3 meals per day as per local cuisine and as per meal plan. Welcome meeting and orientation. Talks & presentations on Vietnam & its culture, Social development and the role of volunteers, How to do volunteer work, Project activities, Cultural responsibility, Personal safety & Code of Conducts, General Local area visit and Local cooking demonstration on one afternoon. One local dinner with a host family. Also includes cultural activities and free time. Optional excursion to Mekong Delta and Mui Ne.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and transfer to Idex camp. No Meal.

• Day 2 : Welcome Meeting and Orientation

  Welcome meeting and orientation starts. Orientation includes talks & presentations on Vietnam & its culture, Social development and the role of volunteers, How to do volunteer work, Project activities, Cultural responsibility, Personal safety & Code of Conducts, General Local area visit. Meals Include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

• Day 3 : Project Work & Cultural Activities

  Project work starts with the daily schedule of volunteering, cultural activities and free time. Local cooking demonstration on one afternoon. One local dinner with a host family to experience everyday life of Regular Vietnamese People. Meals Include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

• Day 4 : Free Weekend

  Optional excursion to Mekong Delta. All meals during camp stay only. No meals included outside camp.

  Free Weekend. Optional visit to Mui Ne. All meals during camp stay only. No meals included outside camp.

  Transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport after20:00 hrs. All meals during camp stay only. No meals included outside camp.
