< >You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below.Prior to 30 days or more: Booking Fee

Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost

Between 20-15 days of departure: 75% of tour cost

15 days to date of departure: 100%.

In case of no show: 100%

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday

< >We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather):we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced;If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by youIn all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s M. M. Holiday Tours. . A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

To confirm the package please deposit 50% to tour amount in below bank Acc. Balance payment before 15 days of date of travel.

Balance Payment: Balance payment is to be made 20 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself. Note: Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 13 days before date of departure and refund shall be made as per applicability

We are travel agent and holiday organizers only and act as agent for clients on one side and the operators of various facilities on the other side in the best interest of the clients. We do not own any hotel, do not control or operate any airline and other services like transport, services of guide(s) or any individual services etc. Although we try our best to arrange and render best services yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever of the performance of the hotel, airlines, guide services, transport services, opening of the sight seeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have direct control. We do not bear any responsibility and shall not be liable, whatsoever for any dissatisfaction, loss of life and property, death, damages, etc. Caused by the act of default or employees of such Independent contractors and also consequences arising out of the natural calamities, strikes, breakdown in facilities, accidents, negligence, delay in any services of all concerned and for any act of commission or commission errors, etc. We shall not be responsible for any loss / damages / claim financial compensation and any liability in any respect and on any account whatsoever. It is advisable to take comprehensive insurance including illness, accidental or any other events.
