The mass movement of millions of wildebeests without visas crossing the border is so spell-binding that you could just freeze for hours amazed by the beauty in the rush and synchrony of the wildebeest family. The wildebeests cover thousands and thousands of kilometers in the Mara National Reserve .They run through the Savannah grassland, across the Mara River where crocodiles usually lay in wait for them and into the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania just to look for good food, as the grass is always greener on the other side during summer.
Driving through the Maasai Mara National Reserve in July, August, September and Early October is too enchanting to be described as a past time. Every year over three hundred thousand tourists come into Kenya and Tanzania to see the crossing of the wildebeest. The Kenyan grassland - which usually is a brownish green color with very short grass and skeletal trees randomly thrown unto the land - is usually over populated with wildebeests during the migration. They move in a large school, always together and never apart.

Day 1 : Nairobi - Mara
Pick up from Nairobi at 9.00 am and head southward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. Continue to Narok Maasai town then to Maasai Mara for lunch at the Ol-Doinyo Narok Camp followed by afternoon game viewing to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park return to camp for dinner and overnight campfire.
Day 2 : Maasai Mara
After breakfast leave the camp for a full day game drives in Masai Mara; explore the parks amazingly with high concentration of wildlife. This game reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, Hyena, Cheetah, Jackal, warthog, giraffe, zebra,Antelope wildebeest, and many different bird species there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribes men live within the dispersal area of the game reserve lunch is serve in the park then return to Ol-Doinyo Narok Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 : Maasai Mara - Nairobi
An early morning game drive in Masai Mara followed by late breakfast. Visit Maasai cultural village, then departure to Nairobi stopping sporadically for the breathtaking panoramic view of the rift valley and adjacent landforms. The tour ends in Nairobi in the afternoon with sweet memories.
