Day 1 : ARRIVE DIBRUGARH

Arrive Dibrugarh airport and transfer to hotel. Evening visit the local market. Overnight

Day 2 : DIBRUGARH – DIBRU-SAIKHOWA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast drive Dibru-Saikhowa National Park. Visit the park by boat. We will be birding in grasslands, swamps and forest habitat. Overnight

Day 3 : DIBRUGARH- SIBSAGAR- JORHAT

After breakfast, leave for Jorhat (4 hours) to arrive at a boutique luxury heritage bungalow for your stay. En route at Sivasagar you will be visiting the architecturally rich medieval ruins and temples of the Ahom Dynasty that once ruled Assam for more than 600 mighty years. Rest of the day free to settle down to the easy-going plantation life.

Day 4 : JORHAT- MAJULI ISLAND - JORHAT

For a day excursion, you will leave for Majuli (2 hours), which is the largest inhabited river island of the world and a hotbed of ages-old Assamese monastic culture. En route cross the mighty Brahmaputra River in a scenic ferry ride. Spend the day visiting monasteries of the island where you will meet monks who live a peaceful life learning forms of arts, drama, music, dance and philosophy. Visit tribal villages and a mask making center. Return to Hotel by dusk for overnight. Evening will be at leisure.

Day 5 : JORHAT- KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast drive to Kaziranga National Park (90 kms/2 hrs). Aftrernoon after lunch visit the park by Jeep. Overnight

Kaziranga National Park apart from world's endangered One-horned Rhinoceros, the Park sustains half the world's population of genetically pure Wild Water Buffaloes, over 1000 Wild elephants and perhaps the densest population of Royal Bengal Tigers anywhere. Kaziranga is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to some 500 species of birds. The Crested Serpent Eagle, Palla's Fishing Eaglonward e, Gray headed Fishing Eagle, Swamp Partridge, Bar-headed goose, whistling Teal, Bengal Florican, Storks, Herons and Pelicans are some of the species found here.

Day 6 : KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK- GUWAHATI (220 kms/4 hrs)

After early breakfast visit the park by jeep on other ranges. After the safari back hotel and refresh and drive to Guwahati. Evening enjoy river cruise at mighty Brahmaputra river.Overnight.

Day 7 : DEPARTURE FROM GUWAHATI AIRPORT

After breakfast visit and enjoy rope at the mighty Brahmaputra River after that visit Kamakhya Temple. After that drive to Guwahati airport for onward destination.
