Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Tribhuvan International Airport - Hotel (Kathmandu)

  On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man
  holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you’ll be whisked off to your
  hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

• Day 2 : Kathmandu tour (Kathmandu)

  This tour, in and around Kathmandu, will take you to Swayambhunath (an ancient and sacred Buddhist complex) and Patan (a
  culturally fascinating part of the city).

• Day 3 : Kathmandu - Chitwan (By Road)

  The driver will take you to Chitwan ( 3 Hrs / 148 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for
  refreshments and photography.

• Day 4 : Jungle Activities (Chitwan)

  Enjoy the jungle activities in Chitwan National Park including an Elephant safari,Canoe ride,Jungle walk/Bird watching,Village
  visit and Tharu stick dance in the evening.

• Day 5 : Chitwan - Kathmandu (By Road)

  The driver will take you to kathmandu ( 5 Hrs 30 Mins / 148 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take
  breaks for refreshments and photography.

• Day 6 : Hotel - Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu)

  Your driver will pick you up in plenty of time to drop you at the airport for your flight. We recommend you depart for the airport
  four hours before an international flight and three hours prior to a domestic one.

• Any service/services not availed from the above costing will deduct the

cost as per the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

• 5 Days prior to the starting date -25% of the service cost.


• Days prior to the starting date - 50% of the service cost.


• 5‐7 Days prior to the starting date -75% of the service cost.


• Less than 24 hours to 5 days prior to dept - 100% of the service cost.

Terms & Conditions:

• 50% advance of the total package cost before 30 days as confirmation from your side. And rest 50% on or before 15 days.


• Hotel standard Check‐In / Check‐out time 1200 hrs noon but at some hotels it is 1400 hrs.


• Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by supplier and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.


• Please note, we have allocation from the hotels mentioned. However in the rare event of any of the above mentioned hotels or room category booked not becoming available at the time of reconfirmation of the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.


• In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
