Package Overview

Terms and Conditions :

• Offer is valid till 30 September 2011.
• Any other specific offers/deals will have their validity date mentioned.
• Price offered per couple on double bed or twin beds sharing basis.
• Package includes only one night stay in the hotel as per itinerary. If stay is exceeded further, additional charges will apply.
• One child below 5 years age is complementary.
• Extra person price is applicable for children above 5 years.
• Extra persons cost is basis sharing same room using extra mattress.
• Only two extra persons can be occupied in one package unless planned and confirmed by tour operators.
• Vegetarian meals [as per inclusion] are provided.
• Transfers [if included] will be arranged through local travel agents on sharing basis for 4 persons in Indica or equivalent car and for 7 persons in Tavera or equivalent car.
• Local travel agency’s terms and conditions apply.
• Itinerary is subject to change due to late arrivals, unforeseen circumstances or conditions etc.
• Tour involves only travel arrangement to the destinations. Guests are expected to proceed on their own for darshan and sightseeing etc. The package does not include guide services, entrance charges, passes etc. unless specified in inclusions.
• Few places or sightseeing might be skipped due to insufficient time, Guests arriving late or due to unforeseen circumstances etc.
• Please note that the tours involve wine tasting and there is no refund if customers opt not to taste wine or are non-drinkers and just accompanying their friends/partner.
• Please carry proof of age with you while on the vineyard tour. Vineyards may refuse to serve you incase you are unable to show the age proof if questioned. The legal drinking age in Maharashtra is 25 years.
• Tasting of select products in included in the package. Tasting of Optional or Premium or Reserve products not included.
• Please note that these are Nashik Wine Tasting and Vineyard Tours but wine tasting is optional. If you plan to take your own car please ensure that driver is not drinking.
• If guests wish to connect any other tour or like to extend the stay, it can be arranged subject to sufficient notice and additional cost is agreed in advance.
• After booking, customers must call at least 8 days prior to confirm their tour dates. We will then confirm your hotel stay/tour and send out the booking details on email. If you are looking to book for a specific date, please call us before you pay; to check availability.
• A confirmation of a particular date for the tour is subject to availability of rooms at the hotel for that date. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
• Postponement after confirming the date - You can opt to postpone your tour after you have confirmed the dates if Teerth Villa is intimated in writing at least 96 hours (4 days) before the departure date. Please inform again to confirm a later date. If you are booking within the 96 hours (4 days) window, no changes would be possible.
• Cancellation - The offer is non-refundable and non-cancelable.
• Any disputes or matters whatsoever are subject to Nashik jurisdiction only.
• From time to time we sell event and stay packages on our website. Our website is merely a selling agent for such events and we do not take any responsibility for the quality or service at such events including but not limited to music, food and drinks served at the event and event content/format.
• Payment : Online via our payment gateway or if you prefer to our bank account by cheque or net banking. No payment on arrival is possible at Nashik or any other weekend breaks that are sold online. We are a Nashik based business.
• All prices in INR.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Teerth Villa

  Check-in to Teerth Villa. After freshened up and Breakfast, proceed to Vineyard. Guided tour of YORK winery & vineyard followed by wine tasting, then proceed to SULA winery & vineyard for tour and wine tasting. Guests may have dinner at vineyard or at Teerth Villa.
• Day 2 : Departure

  Early morning Breakfast and checkout from Teerth Villa. Depart to scenic ZAMPA winery & vineyard on hill slopes near Mumbai-Nashik-Arga highway. Leisure time to walk up the hills and enjoy the views. Wine tasting (included). Tour ends.
