Important Information:-

This is not an easy trek you must be physically & mentally prepared.

This is a high altitude trek so don’t think it as a picnic or a holiday.

Mentioned itinerary can be changed on weather conditions

You Require heavy woolen cloths (Like thermals etc)

Wind & rain proof jackets

Your personal medicines

Good Pair of shoes

Extra pairs of socks, cloths & garments

Note:-

Wrap all things (especially camera & cell phone) in polythene bags.

Please avoid bringing valuables, jewelleries or expensive things.

As the organizers will not be responsible for its loss or damage.

Everyone has to follow the Instructions of Guide

& Staff members.

Smoking & Alcohol drinking are strictly prohibited during the higher camping.

Keep the campsites neat & clean, we are expecting participants Co-operation in keeping the camp sites as well as the surrounding area clean.

Garbage should not be littered it should be put in dustbin.

BOOKING POLICY

The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.

The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.

The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

POSTPONE/PREPONE POLICY

20% of the total amount of the package is charged for any postpone or prepone of the tour.*

If postponed, the package shall be valid for one year from the date of booking (conditions apply).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking cancelled same day of the booking day there will be 90% Refund.

Any booking cancelled between 40 Days there will be 50% refund only, if 50 % advance has been paid, but the company is not liable to refund any amount if the booking amount is less than 50% of the total package amount.

Any reservation cancelled between 14 days, there will be no refund.
