Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  On your arrival at Leh Airport, you will be greeted by our driver cum guide who will after introduction drive you to the Hotel.
  Check in to your hotel and get refreshed. Start your day with sightseeing of local market in the evening.
  Retire back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 2 : Leh – Nubra Valley

  Start your day early with breakfast and leave early for Nubra valley.
  You should definitely stop at K2 also called as Khurdungla pass which is famous for being the world’s highest motorable road.
  Enjoy the evening with camel ride and desert safari. Check in to the camp and enjoy the beauty of nature in Nubra valley.
  Retire back to your camp and enjoy the delicacies of dinner and night stay.

• Day 3 : Nubra Valley - Leh

  Start your day with freshly brewed tea and enjoy the scenic beauty by capturing it permanently in your camera. If you have a nick for adventure then enjoy the camel ride which are known world wide for being double humped. Diskit the capital of Nubra is about 150 km north from Leh town, the capital of Ladakh district, India. Local scholars say that its original name was Ldumra (the valley of flowers).
  The Shyok River meets the Nubra or Siachen River to form a large valley that separates the Ladakh and Karakoram Ranges. The deep cut Shyok and Nubra River Valleys (permit required) offer tremendous yet accessible scenery with green oasis villages surrounded by thrillingly stark scree slopes, boulder fields and harsh arid mountains.
  There are sand dunes, monasteries, a ruined palace and - at Turtuk - a whole different culture (Balti) to discover. Post lunch start your journey towards Leh via Khurdungla.

• Day 4 : Leh - Pangong Lake

  If you have been to Leh and have not visited Pangong lake then it is a real shame. The journey has been divided into several parts to make it more memorable and enjoyable. Leh - Karu (45 kms): Start off from Leh early in the morning after breakfast and start driving/riding on the Leh - Manali highway till you reach the town of Karu. Road is in good condition and journey is fast paced, due to this you will be in Karu in less than an hour.
  Karu - Chang La (35 kms): From Karu you need to take the left turn that would take you to the village Shakti, roads are mostly straight till you cross Shakti and a few kilometer thereafter the real ascent for Chang La starts. For most part ascent is steep and initially roads are in good condition. As you approach the final few kms of the ascent to Chang La, road conditions start to deteriorate and steepness increase, making the affair of reaching the summit of Chang La more challenging and memorable.
  At 17,800ft it is also the second highest pass in ladakh that you will come across. Once you reach the summit, you will be greeted by the Indian Army troops who are stationed here to acclimatize to high altitude, before they are posted in world’s highest battlefield, Siachen. There is a temple on top of Chang La pass, called Chang La Baba ka Mandir, as well as a cabin built by the army where you can warm up yourself while chatting with the soldiers. Chang La - Tanksey (58 kms): After a few minutes rest, its time to begin the descent from Chang La, road is in bad condition for few kilometers, beyond which superbly laid tarmac coupled with beautiful scenery awaits you. Your next big break will be at Tanksey a.k.a. Tangste; Tanksey is a big town with few shops, hotels and an internet café. It is a good idea to have your lunch here or in case you have arrived late in the evening, then spend the night here instead of continuing to Lukung or Spangmik where finding accommodation in peak season can be an issue.
  Tanksey - Spangmik (Pangong Tso) (32 kms): Journey beyond Tanksey for most part is through fantastically laid tarmac and views, however don’t indulge in over speeding, since there are quite a few water passages built in the middle of the road, which essentially mean 8 - 10 feet long depression in the middle of the road without any warnings! Check in to your camp and enjoy your dinner and over night stay.

• Day 5 : Pangong Lake - Leh

  Start your day early and enjoy the sun rise.
  Fill your appetite with breakfast and start your journey towards Leh.
  A distance of around 200 Km should be covered in around 6 to 7 hours so sit back relax and enjoy the journey.
  Check in to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 6 : Leh - Sonmarg

  Start your day early with a heavy breakfast and start your journey towards Sonmarg. You will cover the distance around 8 hours, so sit back, relax and enjoy the journey On the way you should visit Alchi, likir monastery, gurudwara pathar sahib, magnetic hills and moon land in lamayuru
  Check in to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 7 : Sonmarg - Srinagar - Sonmarg Sightseeing

  Your night stay in sonmarg should have revitalized your body and mind. Check out from your hotel refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Thajwas glacier. You will have to use ponies to reach the glacier. You should also visit fish point in sonmarg for a small boat ride and zorbing ball. If you have a nick for water and heights then white water rafting and trekking is a must in sonmarg. Your chauffer will drive you to Srinagar for overnight stay.

• Day 8 : Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar

  A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. Gulmarg is at a travel distance of 40 Km from the Srinagar city which is to be covered in an hour. We could halt at Tangmarg for a cup of coffee and relax our muscles. We will check in to the hotel and freshen up for mesmerizing visuals of Gulmarg aptly called as winter paradise. The major locations to be covered are Golf Club, Strawberry Valley, Nageen Valley and Maharaja Palace. It is a shame if we come to Gulmarg and don’t enjoy the highest cable rope car in the world famously known as Gondola. It can take you up to the height of 16,000 ft. above sea level and will mesmerise you will the glaciers of Khilanmerg and Afarwat. A word of caution, it is cold there so brace yourself with warm clothes and accessories. If you have a nick for winter sports then you could buckle up yourself for snow skiing, sledging, snow bikes and ATV bikes.
  Drive back to Srinagar for your night stay, Appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

• Day 9 : Srinagar - Pahalgam

  A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity.
  The journey to Pahalgam will take around 1 and half hour and you should visit famous Awantipora Ruins and Saffron fields on the way. Awantipora ruins are known for being ancient Hindu temples during the reign of King Avantivarman who ruled during AD 855-833 If you are in Pahalgham and have not visited the Baisaran valley famously called as Mini Switzerland then you have seen nothing. A word of caution though, you will have to use ponnies to ride to Baisaran valley as no vehicle is allowed to go there. Also the route remains closed during adverse weather conditions.
  You should not miss the Aru Valley, Chandanwari valley and Betaab valley. They are all famous for being the site for Bollywood movies. If you have a taste for adventure rides then a visit to Pahalgham club, Children’ Park and Zoo is a must. Enjoy your evening on the bank of river lidder and calm your nerves with the soothing sound of flowing water. Check in your hotel and appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

• Day 10 : Airport Drop

  Satiate yourself with breakfast and bliss memories of Leh. We will drive you back to your departure port. We bid adieu to you and wish you had a wonderful journey.
