Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by Horizon Africa Safari representative and transfer to your hotel.

1300 hrs departure for Nyumbani Children Home (Visit between 1400 - 1530 Hrs)

The capital of Kenya is situated at 1,670 meters above sea level. A modern developing city of great contrast, Nairobi is a rich mixture of different ethnic groups, boasting of a near perfect climate all year round. The National Museum, City Market and the Nairobi National Park bordering the city itself are only some of the attractions of the city. Also on offer is a wide range of excellent restaurants specializing in International cuisine.
Day 3 : Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru national Park. Check-in and Lunch. Afternoon game drive. All meals and overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp (FB)
Lake Nakuru is a very shallow strongly alkaline lake 62 km2 in extent. It is set in a picturesque landscape of yellow acacia woodlands and grassland next to Nakuru town.
The Park main attractions include Flamingo (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds (about 450 species in total) as well as white rhinos, and Cape Buffalo. Baboon Cliff, Lion Hill, Makalia Falls and the Euphorbia forest to name just a few highlights. There are about 550 different plant species including the unique and biggest euphorbia forest in Africa.
Day 4 : Lake Nakuru National Park to Sweetwaters
After breakfast transfer to Sweet waters tented camp.
Check-in and lunch. Afternoon game drive

Day 5 : Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast drive to samburu. Check-in and Lunch. Afternoon game drive.

Samburu National Reserve is situated on the banks of the Ewaso Ngiro River in the dry northern reaches of Kenya. It is a hot and arid area characterized by a parched landscape of hills and plains.
The presence, however, of the river - and its shady trees - attracts plenty of wildlife. Giraffe, buffalo, waterbuck and zebra (including the endangered Grevy's zebra) from the surrounding savannah plains trek to the water. For the birders, around 365 species have been recorded and the river area is particularly rewarding.
Day 7 : Samburu National Reserve to Masai Mara Game Reserve
Morning transfer to the airstrip. 0930 hrs depart on Safari Link flight to Masai Mara.
1100 hrs met on arrival at Musiara Airstrip by Governors driver/guides and transfer to your camp for lunch and check-in afternoon game drives (shared vehicle)

Day 8 : Masai Mara Game Reserve

The Masai Mara is the most popular game reserve in Kenya. It is an extension of the Serengeti plains in Tanzania, and offers the best game viewing in Kenya. On these wide open rolling grasslands you can often see an incredible variety of different animals. Every year millions of wildebeest migrate north from Serengeti to the green grass of the Mara.
Day 9 : Masai Mara Game Reserve to /Nairobi
Breakfast. Morning transfer to the airstrip 1100 hrs depart on Safari Link flight to Wilson.1215 hrs met on arrival at Wilson Airport and transfer for Lunch in the Karen area. Visit The Karen Blixen Museum, and shop at the Kazuri Beads Factory.
Overnight at KAREN BLIXEN COTTAGES (HB)
Day 10 : Nairobi
After breakfast at 08:00 Hrs visit the Daphne Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to visit orphaned Elephants and see how they are fed (visit is strictly from 1100 -1200 hrs). There is a possibility to adopt an Elephant at a fee for those who are interested in becoming foster parents. Lunch at Utamaduni (The Veranda Restaurant), before proceeding to shop at the African Craft Centre or visit Bomas Cultural Centre to watch the African Cultural dance. Afterwards, drive to Mayfair Southern Sun Hotel for a Farewell Dinner. Later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your onward homebound flight.
