Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival - Leh

  Pick up from Leh Airport and transfer to hotel. Complete rest for acclimatization is must for rest of the day to avoid high altitude sickness. You will feel the elevation as it is a big jump from sea-level to 3500 meters, and it will take your body a few days to adjust to this altitude. It is very important to drink plenty of water, and to not over-exert yourself while wandering around Leh. Even walking up the stairs of the hotel will make you breathless for the first day or two. Overnight stay at Leh.
• Day 2 : Leh - Sham Valley - Leh

  After breakfast, visit Hall of Fame & proceed for Sham Valley which will give you a traditional aroma of Ladakhi villages. Drive to Alchi village (70 Kms) famous for Alchi Monastry which is dating from thousand years back. En route visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Magnetic Hill which defy the law of gravity. When a vehicle is parked in neutral gear on the road of this hill, it starts sliding up. See the confluence of Zanskar and Indus river on the way. In the evening, visit Likir & Spituk Monasteries and drive back to Leh. Overnight stay at Leh.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 3 : Leh - Nubra Valley

  Early morning after breakfast, proceed for Nubra Valley (200 Kms). En route visit - Khardungla Pass (18360 ft.) which is the highest motorable road in the world. Visit the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. Enjoy ride on double humped camels at this place. Visit Deskit Gompa in the evening. Overnight at Nubra.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 4 : Nubra Valley - Leh - Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast, proceed back to Leh & transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, visit Shanti Stupa & Leh Palace. Visit Leh market in the evening. Overnight stay at Leh.

  • Hotspots Leh Palace
• Day 5 : Leh - Pangong

  Early morning after breakfast, proceed for Pangong which is one of the largest brackish lakes in Asia located at an altitude of 14500 ft. and is around 210 Kms/6-7 Hours drive from Leh. On the way, you will pass through Shey, Thiksey & Hemis Monasteries. The other tourist attractions you will see while going to Pangong are Sindhu Ghat, Stok Palace & Museum and 3-Idiots school. En route visit Changla Pass which is the third highest road in the world at a height of 17350 ft. Enjoy the beauty on the banks of Pangong while appreciating the changing colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Overnight stay at Pangong.
• Day 6 : Pangong - Leh

  After breakfast, proceed back to Leh & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Leh.
• Day 7 : Leh - Departure

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel & drop at Leh Airport for your onward journey with sweet memories of tour.
