• Pls note that weekday (Mon-Thur) rates are not applicable for Any National or Public or Festive Holidays coming on weekdays, Christmas & 30th/31st Dec. Check-in: 12noon/4pm & Check-out: 10am/2pm.


• Kids below 5yrs are not charged. Kids between 5-9 yrs are charged 50% of the per person package rate. 


• Customer Registration Form (excel sheet attached) needs to be filled and sent back to us if your EVENT is confirmed.


• 70% advance is reqd to confirm your booking.


• Once you do the funds transfer and are reflected in FSAL account, the booking will be treated as confirmed.


• Payment can be done by net transfer /cash / cheque /DD.(In case of CHQ/DD, the amt should get reflected in FSAL account 3 days prior to event).


• Attach the screen shot/ proof of Fund transfer.


• Any cancellation 30 days ahead of check in date would be refunded back except administration/bank charges amounting 10%


• Any cancellation in between 29 to 21 days prior to check in date will be charged 25%.


• Any cancellation in between 20 to 8 days prior to check in date will be charged 50%.


• Any cancellation 7 days prior to check in or no show would mean 100% cancellation charges
