Pls note that weekday (Mon-Thur) rates are not applicable for Any National or Public or Festive Holidays coming on weekdays, Christmas & 30th/31st Dec. Check-in: 12noon/4pm & Check-out: 10am/2pm.

Kids below 5yrs are not charged. Kids between 5-9 yrs are charged 50% of the per person package rate.

Customer Registration Form (excel sheet attached) needs to be filled and sent back to us if your EVENT is confirmed.

70% advance is reqd to confirm your booking.

Once you do the funds transfer and are reflected in FSAL account, the booking will be treated as confirmed.

Payment can be done by net transfer /cash / cheque /DD.(In case of CHQ/DD, the amt should get reflected in FSAL account 3 days prior to event).

Attach the screen shot/ proof of Fund transfer.

Any cancellation 30 days ahead of check in date would be refunded back except administration/bank charges amounting 10%

Any cancellation in between 29 to 21 days prior to check in date will be charged 25%.

Any cancellation in between 20 to 8 days prior to check in date will be charged 50%.

Any cancellation 7 days prior to check in or no show would mean 100% cancellation charges
