Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi

  On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be met by representative, who will escort and transfer you to the hotel in Delhi. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : In Delhi

  After breakfast you will go for Delhi city sightseeing, covering both Old and New Delhi. In this Delhi tour we will cover Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - The red stone magic, Gandhi Memorial - The memoir of the father of the nation, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House - The govt. head quarters, Humayun Tomb and Qutab Minar. Dinner and night stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh

  After taking breakfast in the morning, we transfer you to the railway station to connect train for Haridwar. In Haridwar, our representative escort and transfer you to Ashram at Rishikesh. Rishikesh is a holy city of India, the hatha yoga capital of the world, a totally vegetarian town. Arrive at Ashram, resting serenely on the banks of the holy Ganga, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. Rest of the day accumulate the Ashram life. Overnight stay at Ashram.
• Day 4 : Rishikesh

  Early morning yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise & stretching exercise with one of well recognize personality. Before breakfast the Ayurvedacharya will check your body type and explain you different Doshas and details of prevention, maintenance and the improvement of ones health and overall sense of well being.
  Afternoon visit the Triveni Ghats for exclusive Ganga Arti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga.
  Evening yoga & traditional meditation class with one of well recognize personality. Overnight stay at Ashram.

• Day 5 : Rishikesh

  Today we will do relaxation, asana, followed up by one of well recognize personality. Later Stimulating & purifying Ayurvedic therapy as per the Ayurvedic consultant. Afternoon visit the ancient Bharat mandir & Rishi Kund Temple in Rishikesh. Evening yoga & traditional meditation class with one of well recognize personality. Overnight stay at Ashram.
• Day 6 : Rishikesh

  Today we'll get training for PRANAVAM (advance breathing), Dynamic yoga. advance yoga postures. After Yoga you will Start your panchKarma treatment.
  
  PanchKarma: This five-fold purification therapy aims at correcting the imbalance of the bodys Doshas or bioenergies (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) in order to maintain their inherent equilibrium and Ama, which forms as a result.
  
  Panchakarma Panchakarmatherapy has three main stage : Poorva karma, Pradhanakarma and Paschatkarma.
  
  Poorvaa karma: Poorvaa karmathe first stage, comprises essential preliminary procedures for preparing the body to unload stored toxins. The treatments help to loosen Ama (toxins) and move it out to the deep structures into the GI tract, where Panchakarmas cleaning therapies can then eliminate it.
  
  Pradhanakrarma: Pradhanakrarma is the second stage and includes the main cleansing therapies.
  
  Paschatkarma is the final stage and describes the measures employed after the main treatment, such as diet, medicines and daily routine Afternoon Drive up to Vashistha Gufa. The entire drive is along the river Ganges towards the source for about an hour. Arrive and explore vashistha Goofa (cave), where famous saint Vasistha, meditated. A perfect place for transcendental meditation. Late afternoon drive back to resort.
  
  Evening meditation and curative yoga. Overnight stay at Ashram.
• Day 7 : Rishikesh

  Early morning wake up for Pranayam & advance technique of Yoga. After Yoga you will do PanchKarma treatment. Afternoon trip to Devprayag, one of the five most important confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. Arrive and explore the area. Also visit 10th century old temple of Ragunath ji. Overnight stay at Ashram.

• Day 8 : Rishikesh - Haridwar - Delhi

  Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar which is hardly 25 kms from Rishkesh and Takes about 30 minute drive . Upon arrival visit Mansa Devi Temple: The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parvat. Mansa means desire and it has been observed that the devotees who visit this temple with the genuine wishes gets their wishes fulfilled, Chandi Devi Temple, this temple is at the top of Neel Parvat on the other bank of river Ganges, was built in 1929 AD. The story goes that Chanda-Munda, the army chief of the Demons Shumbh-Nishumbh were killed by Goddess Chandi hence, the name Chandi Devi. And Har-Ki-Pauri : (the footstep of God) ghat, also known as the Brahmakund, is one of the most sacred pilgrim places. Later transfer to the railway station to connect train for Delhi. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
