Package Overview

The sacred river Ganges flows through Rishikesh. It is here that the river leaves the Shivalik mountains in the Himalayas and flows out into the plains of northern India. Several temples, ancient as well as new, can be found along the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi

  On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be met by representative, who will escort and transfer you to the hotel in Delhi. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : In Delhi

  After breakfast you will go for Delhi city sightseeing, covering both Old and New Delhi. In this Delhi tour we will cover Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - The red stone magic, Gandhi Memorial - The memoir of the father of the nation, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House - The govt. head quarters, Humayun Tomb and Qutab Minar. Dinner and night stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh

  After taking breakfast in the morning, we transfer you to the railway station to connect train for Haridwar. In Haridwar, our representative drives you to Ashram at Rishikesh. Rishikesh is a holy city of India, the hatha yoga capital of the world, a totally vegetarian town. Arrive at Ashram, resting serenely on the banks of the holy Ganga, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. Rest of the day accumulate the Ashram life. Overnight stay at Ashram.
• Day 4 : Rishikesh

  Morning and Evening Yoga Classes with one of well recognize personality. Overnight stay at Ashram.
• Day 5 : Rishikesh

• Day 7 : Rishikesh - Haridwar - Varanasi

  In the morning after breakfast, we drive you to Haridwar which is hardly 25 kms from Rishkesh and Takes about 30 minute drive . Upon arrival visit Mansa Devi Temple: The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parvat. Mansa means desire and it has been observed that the devotees who visit this temple with the genuine wishes gets their wishes fulfilled, Chandi Devi Temple, this temple is at the top of Neel Parvat on the other bank of river Ganges, was built in 1929 AD. The story goes that Chanda-Munda, the army chief of the Demons Shumbh-Nishumbh were killed by Goddess Chandi hence, the name Chandi Devi. And Har-Ki-Pauri : (the footstep of God) ghat, also known as the Brahmakund, is one of the most sacred pilgrim places. Later transfer to the railway station to connect train for Varanasi. Overnight at Train.

• Day 8 : Varanasi

  Upon arrival at railway station, you will be met by the Indian Holiday Getway representative, who will escort and transfer you to the hotel in Varanasi. Varanasi is another spiritual and learning center of ancient art and literature, Rest of time free at leisure, Overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 9 : Varanasi

  Early morning visit Ghats for boat cruise on the Ganges. Then drive back to hotel for breakfast. Followed by yoga and spiritual session. Afternoon excursion of Sarnath, which is 10 kms. from Varanasi. In Sarnath Buddha preached his first sermon to his five disciples. Overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 10 : Varanasi - Agra

  In the early morning yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise & stretching exercise. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Varanasi visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Gyanvapi Mosque, Banaras Hindu University. Later drive to Mughal Sarai railway station to connect train for Agra 0 or Tundla. Overnight at Train

• Day 11 : Agra

  Upon arrival at Tundla railway station, you will be met by the Indian Holiday Getway representative, who will escort and transfer you to the hotel in Agra. In afternoon visit Itmad-ud-daulah, which was contracted by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 12 : Agra

  In the early morning visit Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays) by sunrise, which was constructed by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Return hotel for breakfast. Later visit Red fort, which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565, and additions were made up until the time of his grandson, Shah Jahan. It contains the hall of public and private audiences amongst many other beautiful structures. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 13 : Agra - Delhi

  After breakfast, drive to Delhi via Sikandra. Upon arrival transfer to the International airport to connect flight for your onward destination.
