Zuluk is a small, picturesque village located in the eastern part of Sikkim, nestled in the East Sikkim district, at an altitude of about 2,400 meters (7,874 feet). Zuluk has gained popularity among travelers in recent years for its stunning views, especially of the Kangchenjunga mountain range, and its unique landscapes. It is one of the lesser-explored gems of Sikkim, making it a great destination for those seeking peace, solitude, and natural beauty.
Day 1 : BAGDOGRA AIRPORT/ NJP RAILWAY STATION TO GAGNTOK
Our representative will be there to receive you at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) - you will be assisted for the transfer to Teesta - On the way to Gangtok you will able to see this junction. The river Rangeet with its deep green and crystal clear water gushes in and meets the forceful mountain stream Teesta at a point called Triveni. The confluence takes place on relatively flat terrain, and is surrounded by mountains on all sides. It is the most visited - Nearly 124 kms 5 hours drive - check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2 : GANGTOK TO ZULUK
After breakfast, we started for an excursion to Tsomgo lake,which has a different charm as the lake is situated at 12,400 feet whereas Gangtok is at 5,500 feet. Change of vegetation altitudinal varieties is a must to observe. Lake is regarded as sacred as the meaning itself speaks of the head of the lake. Through a winding road with Rhododendron bushes and shrubs and especially during the winter season-carpeted by snow, arrive at Nathula after 14 kms. Nathula (14,600 feet) is an Indi-Chinese picket and only passes to cross over to Tibet. 3 kms of drive through a beautiful landscape, arrive at Baba mandir (13000 feet), Baba Harbhajan Sahib Mandir is a wishful temple, people offer prayers and seek fulfillment of wishes. Later returned to Gangtok. Nathula is confirmed only on the availability of permits. Nathula is an optional tour, payment has to be done to the driver directly which comes to Rs.1500/per car. The Cost of the pass is extra, depending on the number of adults. Overnight stay at Zuluk.
Day 3 : ZULUK SIGHTSEEING
Dzuluk or Zuluk or Jhuluk or Jaluk is a small hamlet located at a height of 9,400 feet on the rugged terrain of the lower Himalayas in Rongli Subdivision of Pakyong District, which lies in the Indian state Sikkim. This place is relatively an emerging and offbeat destination in Sikkim. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 4 : GAGNTOK TO NAMCHI & RAVANGLA
After Breakfast proceeds to Namchi, Enroute visit Char Dham, Sai Mandir & Ravangla Buddha Park & Temi Tea Garden. Rabong or Ravangla is a small tourist town with an elevation of 8000 feet located, near Namchi City in the Namchi district of the Indian state of Sikkim. It is connected by state highway to other major towns in the state and lies between Namchi, Pelling and Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok
Day 5 : GANGTOK TO BAGDOGRA AIRPORT
Check-out, the hotel dropped by Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Railway Station, 125 km, 5 hours.
