My name is Gashaw Assefa, I was born in the historical town of Lalibela. Completed Elementary and High School at Lalibela and joined Unity University's class of 2000. Studied Business and Administration. I have a degree in tour guide and a member of the "Lalibela tour association". I work in Ethiopia as a tour operator for 8 years. I love my country and people. Throughout my career, I come across Ethiopa's breathtaking landscapes, endemic wildlife and biodiversity, the diverse cultural heritages and the timeless historical sites. Owing to my exposure to different parts of Ethiopa as a tour operator and guide I am highly interested in promoting my country to the rest of the world.
