If you are in Sharjah and have a knack for classic old cars, then Sharjah Classic Car Museum is the place for you to go. Here you will come across more than 100 vintage cars, manufactured by different automobile brands. The collection timeline is from the year 1917 to the 1960s and these oldies have been maintained in pristine conditions by the museum authorities.
This place was established for preserving and valuing the significance of vintage cars. The display in the museum offers not only a visual delight but also imparts information about the history and evolution of cars and knowledge about their parts and how they work. It also has a special collection of cars that were owned by rulers of Sharjah.
Set up in 2008, the Sharjah Classic Car Museum is located on Al Dhaid Road near the Sharjah International Airport. It is open for visitors every week from Saturday to Thursday (8:00 am- 8:00 pm), on Fridays (4:00 am- 8:00 pm) and remains closed on Sundays. Furthermore, the museum has been made friendly for disabled people.
