My husband and I used Conical Trav and Mr Jack was our travel specialist. From the moment I made contact with him he was not only helpful but gave us fantastic service, responding to questions and requests almost immediately, I often wondered if he slept!. We have used other tour companies for private tours in other countries and we have found that by doing so we can plan a trip to do what we want when we want. When I first contacted Jack I gave him a rough itinerary and he was able to add to it and make excellent suggestions as to both things to see and hotels to use. We spent time in the south, central and north of Vietnam. We had 3 different guides, all of whom we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with, we will never forget driving on scooters behind our guide and driver through the mud in Ninh Binh! We learned so much more about Vietnam just by talking to them. They were not only informative but also fun to be with. Highly appreciate!
