Shashi picked us up from the Dharamsala airport on our very first day in India and was very helpful and kind to us during our stay. The second day we left for Amritsar and spent the whole day with Shashi (5 hours each direction)... he managed to put up with two chit chatty Americans for about 15 hours that day and we appreciate him for that. He made sure we stopped at good restaurants and that we got into the Golden Temple no problem. He also took us sightseeing around Dharamsala on our third day and returned us to the airport on our final day. We would definitely recommend his help for any Americans traveling to India. A few days back, we planned a trip to Dharamshala. Everything was done but we were seeking a reliable entity that can help us in visiting local destinations in the surrounding. Then, I searched online and found Himachal Vacations Tour & Travels in top ranking car/ coach providers. The company was offering cars on hourly, daily, and weekly rental basis that was impressive and I decided to rent a car only from it.
