Fraud Company Recently unfortunately booked a trip from plutotours for Dharamshala and Dalhousie which was worst because of following reasons, The hotels are not 3-stars, these are 3rd class, where there is 1 or 2 options in breakfast and dinner. Only one person for all the room's service. No fresh and clean laundry services. Tea/coffee are not available in evening. Kuldeep Singh - An unprofessional and weird person who doesn't know how to talk with client. And definitely ruin the business soon. He needs a communication training. We left hotel at 11, and driver took the first stop at 4 PM, and just because of other booking, he didn't stop the car for tea or dinner. It was completely wastage of time and money.

Very very poor in all respects.. Dont go with them at any cost. Not at all committed. We regreat booking our trip to Kashmir with Pluto Tours. They have not informed us about the online booking of Gondola ride, and we missed it. They are exploiting the tourist in all respects.

Pluto Travels Shimal is fraud and cheater company. i have been cheated by Rs.5000/-. They have rolled back from their commitments and not even entertaining / replying to my calls, messages, mails. I have approached their MD also, but not responding. Their staff do not have sense to talk after getting bookings. Don't trust on Pluto Travels

WE ARE MUCH DISAPPINTED DUE TO THEIE BEHAVIOUR & NOT GIVING ACCOMADATION AS PER CONFIRMATION WHILE BOOKING PACKAGE, LEFT US ON ROAD WIHT FAMILY, WE HAVE TO COMPLETE OUR TOUR BY OWN COST AFTER GIVEN ALL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE. REQUEST ALL NOT TO BOOK ANY PACKAGE FROM THIS TOUR OPERATOR IN FUTURE
