Pathetic is the kindest word to describe my experience with this agency. I traveled from jammu to Chandigarh on 14/08/2020. The Taxi driver was Gurmil Singh and the taxi no is PB01A4842. To avoid toll tax the driver took a bypass road against the toll plaza wasting my time of more than one hour. At lunch the driver joined me uninvited and ate whatever I ordered for myself. I told him that he should share the bill for the lunch 50% which he denied and even threatened to physically assault me. Unprofessional of highest order and my advice to travellers is never ever associate with this agency

I had the worst experience with this agency traveling from jammu to Chandigarh by taxi. The Driver was Gurmil Singh. To avoid toll tax he took me to a bypass road which wasted me more than one hour. Rest of the toll plaza we used my Govt ID card. At lunch break in a restaurant near Chandigarh he joined me on the table uninvited and ate whatever I ordered. On reaching Chandigarh I told him to share the lunch bill which he denied. He even threatened to assault me raising his hand. Please refrain from these and safe yourself
