This hotel has amazing rooms, top class and the design of the hotel is just awesome. Great view and very clean room. It has a nice spa and pool too with all the apple trees around. Good and quick service and staff are very cooperative.

its a nice property , situated in the heart of thekkady , rooms are good , the best part is cuisine , i had the best kerala fish here . it has a nice and clean swimming pool , overall if your are looking a nice and decent hotel , then silver crest is the perfect choice

We ( family of 9) visited Munnar from 20th 22nd and stayed at Archana Residency. Awesome rooms were provided without any waiting time. Rooms are good, neat and clean. Good location. Ambient parking facility. Very good complimentary breakfast and excellent staff support. Qualified for its 3 star rating. I recommend this hotel.

Well the hotel is near to railway station , hotel has all the amenities and nice staff and rooms for a night stay or more in the city . they have nice discounts . but the hotels restaurant menu is limited . but in total worth the deals hotel give on stay .. for business travellers or long stay travellers
