I tried booking ticket through sastasafar.com but eventually payment was successful but booking failed and I didn't receive any confirmation on my booking.After 1hr try I could reach out to customer support luckily and one of the executive, Gaurav Yadav helped me with fresh booking at the same time and shared me email of my ticket and moreover he helped me to verify the PNR on Indigo official website as well. This was my first experience with this website and frankly I was worried of loosing my money on this website but customer support is very much helpful. One suggestion is to ensure payment gateway doesn't fail and secure the customer payment to get more beliefs. Thank you at last.
