As a foreign tourist (and in Australia), I was having difficulty booking train tickets from Varanasi to Rajasthan for our family. I thought I would give Ramesh a try and so glad we did. He managed the whole booking so well. He communicated very clearly with us and kept us up to date with our booking. I thoroughly recommend the travel agency to anyone who is looking for accurate information and a hassle free experience.
